COVID-19 Delivery Last updated Feb 2021 Once your order has been processed for shipment at our community warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. We strongly encourage our customers to monitor their shipments, the progress of which can be found here. Our team will continue to monitor the situation and aim to fulfill orders within India and our partner stores where possible. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team. The safety of our team and customers is of importance to us. Our online store, www.pashminagoatproject.com, will remain open 24/7 and with heightened health and safety measures in place. Due to the current Coronavirus Pandemic, delivery times may be affected and you may experience a slight delay receiving your order. However, all orders will have an extended returns policy which you can find here. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated with any changes.
Thank you! for shopping at www.pashminagoatproject.com We hope that you are happy with your order, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may simply exchange or return the item(s) for a refund within the 7 days of receiving your order. But, we would like to share that we do not cover any shipping costs for returns. Items accepted for a return include full price purchases and sale products (within 7 day returns policy). Excludes all masks if the package has been opened. For third party purchases please contact the partner store where goods were purchased directly. Please be aware returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt and should be sent back in the original #PASHMINAGOATPROJECT packaging provided. We can only accept orders returned within the period stated in our Terms & Conditions and those that have previously been requested through our system or with our Customer Care team. Processing Time (Loom)
Ones your order is received (singe/multiple), it is marked “HIGH PRIORITY” and is sent on to be added on the exiting queues that are run by our village artisans looms by the community team. Ones the piece/s is/are ready, they undergoes the necessary manual quality checks that are done manually by our ground team and the pieces are then carefully brought to the dispatch center. As we have multiple queues running throughout the year, we work hard to get the piece off the loom within 2-3 weeks for our global clientele. As everything from start to finish is handled through manual and handmade processes, we have experienced that 3/100 times, there are slight logistics delays due to heavy snowfall in the region that create the road connectivity issues in the region.

Q: What courier companies do you use? A: We currently use ShipRocket as our courier and FedEx for our premium delivery services through out the world. Q: Do you gift wrap? A: Our sustainable recycled packaging is perfect if your purchase is a gift. Our Packages Sustainability and Heritage Craft that goes into making a #PashminaGoatProject Scarf. Q: Do I have to pay customs and import charges? A: Our packages leave with DDP (Delivery Duty Unpaid), thus our prices are not inclusive of local taxes & import duties. Therefore all Import Duties, Charges, Local Tax, VAT needs to be born by the customer directly to Fedex for the receipt of the product. We would not be liable for any delays in shipment that may arise due to the same. Q: Do you deliver to PO Box addresses? A: No Q: Do you deliver to hotels? A: Yes, we can deliver to your hotels. Q: Do I have to sign for delivery? A: As #PashminaGoatProject purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the cardholder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an email and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder's registered email address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped. Q: Can I track my shipment? A: #PashminaGoatProject will share the link in email and on Whatsapp that would have live tracking ones the package has left #PashminaGoatProject premises.
